Service Description
This form of yoga combine with pilates on the mat, helps to relieve tension in your shoulders, back and legs. Having strong core muscles promotes better posture, which, in turn, can prevent or relieve the muscle tension that builds up in our day-to-day routines. Thus, both core work with the pilates stretches, will help to strengthen the overall body and improve all aspects of one's wellbeing as well.

Cancellation Policy
If reservation is cancelled 12 hrs or less before commencement of the class, a late cancellation fee of $18 will apply. Class will be fully charged for 'No Show'. Strictly no refunds will be entertained.
