Service Description
Core Yoga Basics uses stretching, physical movement, breathing and other practical yoga techniques to help you achieve strong abdominals, back and improved posture. Playing on the theory that everything works from the core out, it will focus on areas such as the abdominals, obliques, diaphragm, pelvic floor and back muscles. Educating you along the way. Suitable for most people. If you are pregnant or with injury please advise your instructor.

Cancellation Policy
If reservation is cancelled 12 hrs or less before commencement of the class, a late cancellation fee of $18 will apply. Class will be fully charged for 'No Show'. Strictly no refunds will be entertained.
