Service Description
This is the class for those beginners who are ready to step into the next level of their practice. A slow to faster pace intermediate class for experienced beginners for anyone from my regular Vinyasa, Core or any Arm Balancinges practise, to any yogis that needs to improve their cardio pace practice for a higher energy level for them. Harder Core work, intensive warm up and deeper stretching to lead to some interesting Asana or Calisthenic poses.

Cancellation Policy
If reservation is cancelled 12 hrs or less before commencement of the class, a late cancellation fee of $18 will apply. Class will be fully charged for 'No Show'. Strictly no refunds will be entertained.
