A'Lil about us...Our story

At Inner Space, we hope to inspire all yogis, by enabling yoga practice in a conducive environment. By creating a better space, one can learn more effectively. Our team of fun loving teachers can help you achieve your goals by delivering more individual attention. Not only are our teachers warm and friendly, they are truly genuine. So you can feel comfortable asking them any questions after a class. Certified by Yoga Alliance, our teachers graduate /completed their training from various renowned yoga institutions. The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner, emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.

Our Yoga Studio is located conveniently in Singapore's CBD at Peninsula Shopping Centre, next to Funan and City Hall MRT. 

Meet our Initiator Carol C.

Carol was inspired by yoga when recruited in Singapore's first Bikram/"Hot" yoga studio in 2004. Was into fitness, weight training and cardio workouts like aerobics and similar fast moving exercise. During two decades of banking career, yoga to Carol was tuned as a slower pace activity. But after several years of practise, realised the positive impact yoga had on herself. Not only improve her physical health but also, strengthen her overall mental capacity.  In fact, yoga benefits her so much that her only wish is, to share her pain free experiences to the all who practises with her. It is proven that yoga, does strengthen one's wellbeing. So decided to dedicate a lifelong journey with yoga. Being experienced in delivering many variety of yoga, she is also capable of handling corporate/group class in a private/public settings. A strong believer in lifelong learning, Carol dedicate her compact time towards achieving more knowledge by attending more self enriching courses or deepen her studies on  the philosophy of yoga. Thus, humbly sharing all her knowledge across..

Our clients are from all walks-of-life. From doctors/nurses, justice keepers, students, celebrities, gym instructors, yoga teachers, gov personnels, business owners, school children, pregnant mothers, senior or elderly with any bodily conditions, any sports person with trauma injury or any person within recovery period from their injury. Other experience also included teaching corporate classes in their venues, prop based yoga/fitness to seniors in Brahms Centre, taught in gyms for group or private yoga sessions in Four Seasons, Sofitel and Fusiopolis, SSC weekly yoga+workout regime for members and their guests, condo outdoor yoga for expatriates and other other outdoor fitness programme, jointly held by gov related or other officials.
