Chair yoga is suitable for people who are new towards yoga, perhaps confined to a desk at work, or unable to participate in a traditional yoga class because of aging, injury or disability. In fact, also deepens flexibility, increases range of motion, and strengthens personal body awareness. Benefits: Chair yoga has helped people with the symptoms of many health issues including: hypertension (high blood pressure), anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, vertigo (medical), multiple sclerosis, Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, carpal tunnel syndrome, clinical depression, and chronic pain. You can learn many kinds of yoga postures, yoga breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation methods or even inversions, with the support of a chair. Suitable for All.

Cancellation Policy

If reservation is cancelled 12 hrs or less before commencement of the class, a late cancellation fee of $18 will apply. Class will be fully charged for 'No Show'. Strictly no refunds will be entertained.
