Service Description

The core slider exercises below will target and tone your legs, arms, back, chest, and abs, giving you a total-body muscle toning and strengthening workout. Core sliders are exercise discs that you can place beneath your hands and feet to increase the challenge of specific exercises. They are also known as exercise sliders. They most often come in pairs, with one side of the discs being plastic, and the other foam covered.


Cancellation Policy

Wearing a wrist glove with grips or toe socks with grips, are encouraged. If any issues like wrists or ankle pain/injury, booking of this class is forbidden. We will not continue/proceed with your signed session if you have existing pain/injury. We shall not be held responsible if there is any further injury prior to your exercise using these moving props.
