Service Description

Hatha Level One helps to enrich both the mind and body using different Asana poses to flow including incorporating different kind of breathing techniques and sometimes, challenges one to go into either inversions or backbends, by practising the foundation of these mentioned main Asanas.

Cancellation Policy

ZGS is only meant for seniors above 60 years of age. Seniors must be well supported and mobile enough. Seniors does not have any issues with walking or balancing effort (including side assistance). If reservation is cancelled 12 hours or less before commencement of the class, a late cancellation fee of $45 will apply. Class will be fully charged for 'No Show'. Strictly no refunds will be entertained.
