Service Description

This is a hourly "One-to-One Session" of Private Yoga. You can either learn to correct the body alignment for your desired asana or learn the techniques to improve your postures. Enhance your inversions by going into deeper practise. You can also go into deeper therapy sessions, be it for recovery or previous injury. Or perhaps enjoy some pranayama for both mental and physical7 healing session with our very qualified teachers.

Cancellation Policy

ZGS is only meant for seniors above 60 years of age. Seniors must be well supported and mobile enough. Seniors does not have any issues with walking or balancing effort (including side assistance). If reservation is cancelled 12 hours or less before commencement of the class, a late cancellation fee of $45 will apply. Class will be fully charged for 'No Show'. Strictly no refunds will be entertained.
