Service Description
This specialised class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas. Designed to open up areas that are typically tight due to modern-day living – the yoga wheel expands the chest and shoulders, stretches the hip flexors and rejuvenates the spine. Practising with the yoga wheel creates a unique overall opening experience. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Just A Simple & Humble Reminder: Before class: Please ensure meals to consume at least 2 hours before. Avoid any heavy meals or drinks. Do not drink too much water. Eat super light/Enjoy light beverage, but 1 hour before only. Benefits: Very good to open up the throat chakra, expand the chest for better breathing thus more oxygen intake, beneficial as a healthy neck/spinal stretch, great to train your grounding/arm balance. With this wheel prop, also easier to stretch any tightness or soreness on the whole body. Not suitable for people with any high blood issues, or any early stage of pregnancy, chronic neck or back issues. We will give options to seniors or prenatal for the variations. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking for new ways to expand their practice. No full inversions are included. Some preparations for inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced, with options for Level 1 students. This class is not suitable for beginners, pregnant mothers or students with serious neck/spine injuries.

Cancellation Policy
If reservation is cancelled 12 hrs or less before commencement of the class, a late cancellation fee of $18 will apply. Class will be fully charged for 'No Show'. Strictly no refunds will be entertained.
